In the article “In Praise of Cheap Labor,” Paul Krugman describes the concerns of Globalization. Krugman shows a clear biased side of Globalization and Capitalism, and many people believe that sweatshops in other nations are morally wrong. I think that Krugman shows a significant amount of evidence that jobs that payless are better then no jobs at all. This creates a moral dilemma amongst the world of keeping these low wage jobs in these third world countries. I believe it is ethically wrong that people are being paid less just so people in other countries can get their luxury items for less. As people across these low wage people work their hearts out just so their family members can live another day. Globalization is the worldwide event of technological, economic, political and cultural exchanges, brought about by modern communication, transportation and legal infrastructure integrated through a globe-spanning network of exchange.

Globalization has generated significant amount of international concerns that it has increased inequality and environmental degradation. Why should anyone be paid different anywhere else for making the same type of product, it is morally wrong and degrading to Third World countries who are already suffering enough. Large corporations through out the United States are well known for eating away at the competitive market in industry, and agriculture. While globalization does create free trade among countries, there are many other side effects because some countries try to save their own national markets. This is seen amongst the farm industry in many countries because a lot of poor countries major exports are natural resources such as crops.

Not only is globalization morally wrong in certain ways, it can also have a negative effect on markets in other countries. My opinion on this article is that it is morally wrong, for industries to pay workers less so they can receive their luxury items for less because people in third world...
