THIS TRUST AGREEMENT dated this 10 day of July, 2010 entered into between ABC,LLC hereinafter called "Trustee", which designation shall include all successor Trustees and the persons and/or trusts and/or corporations as separate set forth:

hereinafter collectively called the "Beneficiaries", which designation shall include all successors in interest to any Beneficiary.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Trustees have contracted to purchase or purchased said lands more particularly set forth in Exhibit I attached hereto and incorporated herein.
WHEREAS, title to such property included in Exhibit I attached hereto has been or will be conveyed to Trustee in accordance with Chapter 689.071 of the Florida Statutes (Land Trusts);
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the mutual promises hereinafter set forth, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) paid by Trustees to Beneficiary, and other good and valuable consideration, the Trustee and Beneficiaries mutually covenant and agree that when the Trustees have taken title to the property ("property" as used herein shall mean any lands included in and described in Exhibit I attached hereto), as Trustees under this Agreement, Trustees will hold the title, in trust, for the following uses and purposes and subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. OBJECTS AND PURPOSES OF TRUST: The objects and purposes of this Trust shall be to hold title to the trust property and to lease it, protect it and conserve it until its sale or other disposition or liquidation.
