Corporate Social Responsibility:

Does a corporation have any obligations to society / the community it operates in? Is a corporation a moral entity? Why should a corporation act in a socially responsible manner? What is the relationship between the corporation and its employees, customers, shareholders, stakeholders? Is CSR an imperative or a consequence of capitalism? Where does the corporation’s obligation to water and environmental management end?

Stakeholders:

What is the impact of stakeholders on business? What should the role of stakeholders be in shaping business? Who are stakeholders, and what informs their morality? How does business handle competing stakeholder claims? Are stakeholders more or less important / necessary in a capitalist system? Has globalisation encouraged water privatisation?
