A REVIEW ON SUBROTO BAGCHI’S “GO KISS THE WORLD”

There was a time in my childhood when I used to fond of books,certainly am talking about the books beyond the syllabus.Those books were always my friends because as am an only child to my parents I was alone in home.Those books were in Malayalam language. On My schooling time I developed the taste for books.No doubt they all were in Malayalam.Because as a Malayalam medium student I can only read English books but can not comprehend it.As I grew up,life changes and tastes also changed.I became an engineering student.my life trapped in the world of machines.There was no place for books beyond syllabus.of course orkut ,facebook and like social networking sites also stole the time for books.I hardly read two or three books in my engineering life.I heard that usually management literature is very boring.Due to the reluctance of reading a book in English and the negative impression about the management literature in my mind creates lack of intrest in me to read management literature book .The book “GO KISS THE WORLD” attracts me only because of its title initially.But as pages are turned out,it became a wonderful reading.

Go kiss the world is Subroto Bagchi’s mind blowing book,Which gives life lessons for the young professionals.its a short 239 pages full of anecdotes from the life.the book is published by publishers of penguine books India.Subroto Bagchi is best known for co-founding Mindtree co-operation,one of India’s most admired software service companies. His first book ‘The High Performance Entreprenur’ received critical acclaim and broke new ground in management literature in India.He was the chief operating officer of Mindtree for the first eight yearsof the company.In 20i08 he stepped out of the role to became its gardener.his work involves tending the top100 Mindtree minds and serving the organizations thirty communities of practice.
