Dear Annie Hudspeth,

I am in the process of creating a company that will supply baked goods with gourmet coffee during the day with transforming into a wine house and bistro by night. I would like to extend to you an opportunity to become a part of this potentially incredibly profitable business. To ease any concerns you might express about the risk involved, I have developed a business plan in closed.

I intend to separate ourselves from the competition by utilizing both morning and night demands in the local market. Therefore, our customer base will not be limited to one kind of cliental. The market research has indicated that there is two business that are potential competition, with the exception of the wine bar which has no competition. Our intention is to fill the gap that has been left and create a place of comfort. The company offers an exciting alternative in the form of unique quality’s, fresh ingredients, and memorable experience.

I have also applied for a Small Business Admiration loan and there are several grants I am looking into. Admittedly, there is an enormous amount of competition for these grants and even if I do get one, I have to abide by the terms given. Despite that however, I believe I should apply along with the research of women given the higher chance of approval.

I have conducted a great deal of research and I am well aware of the risks of opening a new business. However, I firmly believe that this is a business opportunity that is bound to growl. Currently, there is only one in-town competition in regards to the coffee house and bistro, and no competition on the bakery and wine house. Please consider helping with much needed startup capital.
