Introduction

Tomahawk Industries was a growing company that work on manufactured boats used for water skiing. The market for motor boats was strong, especially on summer. During the summer months, a third line was created to fulfill the demand of the market. Dan Jensen as the foreman, had an idea to hiring college student to complete the crews. By the hand of Mark Allen as the man who lead the college student to maximize their performance. Mark said that he has many experienced about boats and believes that he can perform well. Mark’s group with college student called “The Greek Team” because all the college students were members of a fraternity.

By the short time, Mark trained his group to running at full production. And the results was surprised, the college student learned quickly, and by the end of June their production was up to standard, with less error rate.

Relationship between the teams is unhealthy competition. The cause of the cnflict is that the experienced crews feels envy because The Greek Team can learned fast to running at full production. The experienced crews shows their jealousy by sabotage the other teams during the lunch break.

Problem :

1. tomahawk industry need more employee to fulfill the demand, because they have high demand in summer

2. the experienced workers dislike having to work with the college kids and complained that they are slow, stubborn.

3. the experienced workers start to attack college workers, they start with sabotage. Sneak during breaks and hide tools, dent materials, install something crooked, and in other small ways do something that make slow production.

4. the college workers take revenge by a strategy of skillful deception, they were able to subtitute an assembly from the other experienced line for theirs. By the end of the lunch period, the college was laughing wildly because of their deception, while one experienced worker was very angry with the other one.
