Painted in the surface of the machine or Stick on plastic film out of the machine to protect the rust. Soaking in acidic solution to dissolve it. First washing it and the blowing it with filtered dry compressed air or use 120-170℃ Desiccator to make it dry. Soaking method: Some small parts can be soaked in anti-corrosive grease, and then the surface can stick the anti-corrosive grease. The thickness of grease can be controlled by adjusting the temperature and viscosity of grease. Spraying method: Some big machine can not use the above Soaking method .Generally we use 0.7Mpa filtered dry compressed air to paint the machine in clean place. Spraying method is using Solvent cutback rust preservative oil or thin layer anti-rust oil. But the user must adopt perfect fireproofing and labor-protection method.
