dasda dMost people think that cooking is just a necessity but what they don't realize is that cooking is more like an art. Although spaghettis are so easy to prepare with a pre-cooked sauce is not that healthy as preparing it naturally. There are two different kinds of spaghettis, with tomatoes sauce and the called carbonara (white sauce).

To make good spaghettis with tomatoes sauce you'll need some appliances like a blender, pan and two pots. And also need the ingredients that it'll be 10 ripe tomatoes, sugar, salt, water, basil, oregano, black pepper and of course spaghettis.

After having all the ingredients put some water to boil in the two different pots, one with salt in it. When the water begins to boil throw the spaghettis inside the pot with salt. The spaghettis inside the pot with salt will only last 10 minutes to be cooked so you will have to hurry up with the sauce. In the other pot with boiling water put the tomatoes. This is done so that the tomatoes loose their skin. Once the tomatoes loose their skin, cut them in four pieces and put the in the blender. Add sugar to the tomatoes in the blender to lower the acid -be careful with the sugar, don't put to much in it or it can get too sweet. Then add some salt, like a coffee spoon, add basil, oregano and black pepper. Blend all together, after the tomatoes are all crushed add some water so that the sauce wont get thick. Put it in the pan and reheat in low fire. Add salt as your preference.

Meanwhile check the spaghettis, take out one noodle and throw it to the roof, if it sticks the spaghettis are ready, if not let it boil for 2 more minutes. Be careful if the spaghettis get too sticky, also be careful if the sauce burns out -keep moving the sauce.

After the spaghettis are ready, take out the water -carefully so you wont get burned- and put them in a casserole and then put the sauce in another casserole. Then serve yourself and enjoy your spaghettis with a natural tomatoes sauce.
