1. Analyze Roary’s leadership style. When might this style be appropriate? What might be some disadvantaged of this style? I would never use his style of leadership. It’s never good to over react or through a tantrum, get loud or violent. There are so many different styles to use that will get better results. You should always keep a cool head in bad or ruff situations. The disadvantages are that you push your people away; you also need to listen to your people to get all the information to be able to correct the problem. You make the situation worse when you over react to the situation. People will not want to work for you or do their best or maybe they can even fix the problem, but, they might just say forget it, it’s you problem not mine.
2. Using the Internet, find at least three sources of information on how to deal with people like Roary. Carefully review each site for suggestions on how to cope with this difficult person.
