I. Introduction and Overview.

Nowadays people are more integrated into the spaces of relaxing, taking and enjoying a mental, healthy and physical therapy knows as “Spa”. But of all spas’ resorts that we have in Asia and also in the world, “Banyan Tree Spa” has been recognized as the World’s Best Spa in numerous countries around the world. How they success?

In this assignment we are going to see the success of the first Asia’s luxury spa resorts, theirs resorts marketing’s and they powerful service brand.

Overview.

Banyan Tree Spa group is the first luxury spa located in Asia Pacific (Thailand, Indonesia, South of Korea, and Singapore.). Has over 30 resort and hotels, over 60 spas, 80 galleries and three golf courses. The resorts each typically has between 50 and 100 rooms and commands room rates at the high end of each property’s particular market. Symbolize the relief and comfort provided by nature, adopting the name for their special group of hotels that stretches across the globe and offers rest, relaxation and therapy to the world-weary.
