There are many amendments, in the United States constitution. The people of the
United States of America have to live by the amendments of the United States of America and
that’s not much to ask since this is the land of the free and home of the brave. We have so many
men and woman in the United States that fight for our freedom and fight for our country.
Police officers are there to help the community and they are there to support the community,
the safety and security of the community. Bodily searches are part of the basic procedure that
State law enforcement must perform to fulfill its institutional obligations. The life and
physical integrity of third persons, the security personnel, and even the person being searched
often depend upon whether a bodily search is properly executed. Nevertheless, the
Commission notes that the procedures for bodily searches must be regulated by law, and spell
out the administrative and criminal liability that those members of the security forces who
violate the laws on bodily searches will incur. As a general rule, the domestic laws of the
member states should reserve the practice of bodily searches for those situations in which they
are strictly necessary to comply with the safety measures needed to guarantee the security and
safety of any person involved in a police procedure. There is so much that a law enforcement
official do, they have so much responsibility and so much on there plate. Law enforcement,
are responsible for the entire community by supporting the community and what they do.
They can be responsible for someone that just wants someone to talk to and the officer gets a
call and has to respond to the call.
In which areas of search and seizure do feel that the courts have not gone far enough? Courts
really can not go too far, you never know what someone is going to bring with them to court in
order not too go to jail. Someone that hates the entire criminal...
