Executive Summary

King Accounting is a revolutionary way of doing accounting. We are completely income based, which provides lower costs to the customer, as shown by the products and services chart on page 3 and 4. However, our lower prices do not mean that we do not earn an income, as proven in the pro forma income statement on page 7. We are set apart from other accounting companies because most of our work is done remotely. We travel to our customers, rather than make them travel to us. We are all about convenience for the customer.

King Accounting is up-to-date on all the newest laws and regulations. We have the plans, drive, and know-how to achieve our objectives. We have a unique target market. We are aiming to work with minority groups that are underrepresented.

A unique target market calls for unique advertising. We will be utilizing billboards, newspapers, and social media to get our products and services to the public. Word of mouth is also a fantastic advertising. Minority groups are tight-knit so word of mouth can take us far.

We offer tax return preparation and financial investment advising. Our prices vary according to the complexity of your case and the amount of income, or investment, involved. We are a sole proprietorship with just one employee other than the owner. Our overhead costs are low because we work from a home office when we are not on the road to visit customers.

It is our hope that since we are working with tight-knit communities, we will earn the publics' trust and earn their business for years to come. We do not want just a profit; we want a personal relationship with our customers. We want to know all the information necessary to help the customer make an informed decision. We are willing to take as long as it needs, and do whatever it takes to give the customer the best option.
