  turmoil

  hindered

 Recommendation

  In

  order

  for

  WesternZagros

  to

  carry

  out

  their

  organizational

  strategy,

  it

  is

  recommended

  that

  the

  organization

  should

  continue

  their

  efforts

  towards

  conducting

  business

  in

  Kurdistan,

  but

  also

 create

 strategies

 to

 engage

 more

 effectively

 in

 the

 community

 and

 help

 shape

 the

 economy

  of

  Kurdistan.

  with

  the

  overall

  strategic

  direction

  of

  WesternZagros,

  the

  organization

  should

  strive

  towards

  growing

  their

  business
