What is justice

In the broadest context of justice, it is about the moral rightness based on many different aspects about ethics, religions, law and fairness. Although, in different cultures people have different concept about justice. In my opinion, there is no absolutely justice, but relatively justice.

For example, I am working in a factory, and my work efficiency is much more higher than others, but our salaries are same. I think this is not justice and fairness, I should earn more money than other people. By contrary, other people would think, our working hours is same everyday, we should get same salary. In practice, companies are always pay their staffs based on the working hours. This is relatively justice.

However, legal system have made great contribution to human civilization and progress. We can quantify what is justice and the government can provide severe sanctions for violating the law. Business is a field which is very hard to say it is justice or not, because people negotiate with each other and they get what they want. In many cases of business law, it is difficult to give a justice evaluation. For example, I bought a new cell phone last week, and I am use it without care and finally it is broken, then I sue the manufacture because of their quality problem. It is hard to say who should be responsible for it. Nonetheless, according to the business law we can give a judgment for the case, however, some people will think it is not a justice judgment, but most people will agree it. I think this is justice.

People will have different idea, worldview, philosophy, values and religions. Justice cannot make everyone satisfied about one thing, because it is means fair and treat everyone in the same way. In the practice, the law is a relatively justice. It can make everyone get fair treatment, I think this is justice.
