1.1 Introduction

 Technology has changed business to the point where the technological tools are more than just mechanisms for doing work, and as part of the evolving Information Technology, and that it was almost everywhere, and businesses are now computer dependent, the proponent aims to develop a system for a communication industry which is the Sun Cellular Company. The system will help them to improve their business performance to ensure that they provide the right and good services for their customers.

The proposed system is an Error Log Monitoring System for their servers. This system has data requirements for this to have the best results. It requires information such as the server’s data, and the application’s information that was installed in each server.

The proponent considers the error detection for servers, hardware, and software applications. The researchers also wanted to develop a software application for the said company and will develop the system using Visual Studio 2010 C# for the development environment and Microsoft SQL Server R2 2008 will be the back-end that will use for the database server. It will make the error detection faster for the whole servers of Sun Cellular Company.
