1. Sabir is 15 years old and he would like to work at the factory. He has signed an employment contract with approvement of his parents. According to this contract daily working hours of Sabir are 8, and weekly accordingly – 40. He has paid base vacation per year consisting of 10 days and additionally educational leave for passing exams at school twice a year. Depending on the season, Sabir might work overtime once a week, but that work will not be paid taking account lack of experience.

Are there any problems in this enployment agreement? Ground your answer.

2. You have an idea to open a restaurant of chain Yo Sushi in Baku. Which kind of agreements do you need for that? Give description of each agreement.
