Introduction

Today’s modern civilization, people normally find new ways to make living easier, convenient and fast especially in the task to be done at the work place. History tells that our ancestors began using our natural resources as tools to discover new things to help them improve their way of life. As time passed, people had begun creating technology to address the needs of humanity in improving their lifestyle and culture in general.

Nowadays, it is inevitable for people to learn in adopting what is new in order for them to be connected to other people around the globe and thus will not get behind in this modern world. In this new generation, it is a call of time to respond to technology that surrounds us that makes our lives easier. All these things can uplift our lives and somehow lessen the difficulties. Embracing the technology for our daily task is indispensable after all.

ACLC is one of the pioneering schools here in Bukidnon that caters the students with different courses. These degree programs are BSIT, BSBA, BSIS, BSCS, and BSA. It also offers associate courses like CSNT, CSDP, BIM and CBA. ACLC is a computer schools that prepare its graduates to become the front liners in information technology. Despite the fact that technology gives to students, this school also encounters many problems in file keeping. In ACLC College of Valencia, record keeping is one of the major problems for all the Faculty, Staff and Admission Officer. It is known by the fact that it’s not easy to keep papers or other documents because of the possibility of losing them. In ACLC, looking for files means searching for the entire file cabinet. This manual procedure takes a long period of time and later a cause for stress. Thus, this Electronic Portfolio proposal is designed.
