Innovation: The Importance of Holding Solid Innovational Architecture

Establishing a strong innovational architecture is important for any organization, and may be achieved through the provision of proper tools, and free time, strong diversity, democratic work structures, as well as, non-judgmental gatherings absent set objectives. The achievement of great innovation is benefited through the inclusion of every employee, despite his, or her organizational standing. Beneficial process understanding, useful for producing innovational culture may be enhanced through real world organizational illustration. Included below are examples of excellent organization innovational cultures, demonstrated through the organizations Google, Starbucks, and Amazon.

The Importance of Innovational Architecture

Google, Starbucks, and Amazon are currently ranked within the top 50 innovational companies, as well as, the top 100 best organizations for employment. This reputation did not occur by accident, but through excellent execution of specific elements, regarding organizational culture, processes, management systems, and style. Included below is a brief description of the organizational elements contributing to Google, Amazon, and Starbucks excellent Innovational architectures.

Starbucks is currently leading as the third most innovational organization, achieved through their management style, and processes, as well as, unique tools prompting the free flow of valuable information. First, Starbucks has incorporated tools one would not suspect to found in a coffee house.
