FACTS

One night the young man, in which will be referred as teenager, moving forward, decided to ‘borrow” his mother’s car without her consent. He went on to his girlfriend’s house to pick her up. The father of the girl was opposed of them going out, that he stood in front of the car to prevent them from leaving. The teenager disregarded the dad and began to run the car engine; he shouted “I will run you over, if you do not move out of the way.” The father stood his ground until the very last minute, jumping away with no injuries to his person. Without being aware, the young brother of the teen girlfriend, had sneaked into the back of the car. As the teenager pulled out of the drive way, the young brother began to scream for his release. The teenager took pride and in the fact that he had the young boy captive, once he decided to release the boy, he made him walk home. After letting the boy go, the teenager and the girlfriend went to what they thought was a remote area to be alone and have some privacy. In the middle of their intimate moment together, a man sneaked up on them with a gun. The man demands they remove themselves from his land as he fired shots into the air. The shots frightened the two. The teenager decided to run over a sign that was on the property with the car. Later on that same evening, the teenager confessed to his mother that he fired a few shots toward the owner of the property as he was leaving, with a fun he “borrowed”, with out the consent of his mother. On the drive home, the teenager, was speeding and was forced to swerve in order to prevent hitting a boy on a bicycle, the spooked boy lost control and hit a tree. A pedestrian who witness the event by ran to aid the boy; but tragically got hit by another vehicle. Due to him receiving treatment from an inexperienced nurse, the pedestrian is now disfigured.
