How do the issues of “ethical absolutes” relate to the duties of accounting professionals

When people think about the term of accountant, normally the first image of professional accountants appeared in their mind is a group of men who deal with numbers and figures as their hobbies. What are the real duties of accounting professionals ? It is a fact that a part of primary duties of accounting professionals is the interior auditing for the companies and make a summary chart, called annual financial statement, that shows expenses in each project and earnings in each program. However, except for the basic form of auditing duties, professional accountants play a various role in business. The well-educated accountancy professionals are an invisible and inestimable asset for their companies. Their training in accounting enables them to assist with strategies making in organizations, offer advice and help their companies to reduce the operating costs and make a series of risk management plans for their employers to avoid risks what may happen in the future. A well-educated financial officer in business does not can help his employer take internal risk controls and manage company effectively, but benefit for all relevant stakeholders at the same time.

For the importance of the duties of accounting professionals in business, the accountancy professionals have to adopt the ethical absolutes as the only thinking standard to make a business decision. Because thinking ethically is not only related to the individuals of professional accountant;in case of professional accountants in business, both they need to perform a high professional standards and they also have a key role to help the organizations in which they are employed to act ethically.From the company’s perspective, balancing benefits and directing the companies to gain more earnings for all stakeholders is a basic responsibility for all accounting professionals in...
