Chapter 1 Why I created this

This ebook was created to educate consumers on how the collections industry works and how to apply the knowledge to help with personal debt. I have worked for years in collections collecting on payday loans, credit cards, personal loans, auto loans and more. When my experience and knowledge is applied, you will be able to better understand the person on the other side of those collection calls and utilize my information to handle your debts without stressing. Some of the information found in this ebook can be found online by those looking to do a lot of research, but much of it is just first hand knowledge. I would like to say thank you for your purchase and enjoy reading.

Sincerely, Marlon Wilkes
