Passing a Bill and Sociological Perspectives
Introduction
It was found that the law is an extremely complex reality, which have been attributed to dissimilar meanings; however there is uniformity in the state that the "law" has three dimensions, an evaluative dimension, a normative dimension and a social dimension, since it is a human work that arises from certain social, economic, cultural, etc. which seeks to ensure the satisfaction of specific needs while playing specific roles. It is precisely the sociology of law that deals with the study of the social dimension of incidents and problems that arise from the interrelationships between law and society. Any law, to be called as such, must go through a long process since it was conceived as an idea to be authorized as a legislative mandate. This paper aims to evaluate the process of passing of bill in Canadian parliament, under several sociological perspectives.

Passing of a bill in Parliament of Canada
The development of legislation is a complicated task. Every day, one thing you do or you touch was examined by a legislator. But an idea how it eventually becomes a law that applies to everyone? The following steps describe the process of passing a bill in the House of Commons or the Senate (Walters, 2001, 91-141).
First Reading: An idea for a new law or a change to an existing law is in writing. This idea becomes a bill. This bill is printed and read to the House where it originated.
Second Reading: The bill is subject to a second reading in the House where it was presented, and parliamentarians discuss the idea behind the bill. They ask different questions: "The idea behind the bill is good?” The bill he answers the needs of the population?” “Who will be affected by this bill?” If the vote for the House bill and she takes this step, it will be assigned...
