Using Citrix and IP Office Manager

This document outlines how to access DeVry’s Citrix centralized iLab environment and the Avaya IP Office application that are used in the labs for this course.

Before using the Citrix iLab environment, please review, and ensure you understand, the information within your Course Home/iLab page. Especially important are the instructions for preparing your system to use Citrix and the instructions for logging in to access the centralized iLab applications.

Login credentials: Details concerning your username and password are defined in the Course Home/iLab page.

Preparing your system: In order to run applications in DeVry’s centralized iLab environment, the Citrix Receiver must be installed. Once you login, the client detection program will run to determine if you have the proper software installed. If you do not, it will select the correct version and provide instructions on how to download and install the software. Please review the video, Citrix Instructions (Video), in the Links & Resources section for detailed instructions. It is also recommended that you review the other tutorials on how to move/copy files between your system and Citrix.

If you have issues logging in or accessing your labs, contact DeVry’s iLab Help Desk at (877) 784-1997 or (877) 496-9050 (option 2).
