EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

SnoExpress is a mobile snow cone stand that will sell a variety of flavors of snow cones. Most snow cone stands only offer a few basic flavors while SnoExpress offers a variety of 45 different flavors! In addition to a huge flavor selection we also offer a new product called SnoLite. Instead of adding sugar to a flavor we add SnoLite which makes the snow cone sugar free and perfect for those who are diabetic or on a low calorie diet. SnoExpress will offer party services. If there is an upcoming birthday party we can be requested for our service, if booked in advance, and provide refreshing treats during the party. Our promise is to provide summertime treats that everyone can afford and enjoy.

Introduction

SnoExpress is ran by the owners of the company and has hired two additional staff members

to help wait on customers and create the snow cones. Since SnoExpress is such a small business we only have a total of 4 people who work in the stand. The owners, Ali and Nichole, review all applications together and decide on which applicants will be the best fit for the company. Once the employee is hired we will evaluate how the new employee works and based on performance within 90 days decide if that employee will stay or be terminated.

Management

Nichole-Graduate from (insert college) with a degree in Business Administration. Nichole has 7 years worth of customer service experience through previous employers and will oversee business operations and customer service related tasks. These tasks will include:

-Making sure equipment is working properly and hiring for repairs if needed

-Resolving any customer related issues

-Keeping all permits and license for business updated

-Maintain company compliance with the Health Department
