CHAPTER I

Statement of the problem

In order to find out our clients problem, our group decided to make an interview with them thereby we understand what the problem is. According on what we had gathered information after the interview, we found out that their main problem is the in and out of their stocks wherein they conducted it manually. Thus, the goal of our group is to provide our client a simple program that can be lessen their time for making an inventory, and besides for making it much easier.

However, as long as their business is growing and our client will continue to make an inventory through a manual process instead of making it through a computer; it would be a wasting of time besides a lot of opportunities will be lost.

If our client will be confused about our program due to this is the first time that they will be using it, we made our program a “user friendly” so they can understand.

Current State of the Technology

The business of our client is currently using the manual system for making an inventory. In that way they record their stock repeatedly to a big notebook using a pen. In this case, now that their stock is increasing they find it hard to write it and besides for setting the boxes through it.

General Objectives

The general Objective is when the client use computer system in their business, it will help them to be an effective and efficient business man in terms of recording or inventorying their financial or business transaction, and computer system help the client to lessen the time that will be consume in recording or inventorying financial or business transaction. Computer system also helps the client, monitor the goods or products that are demand and needs of customers during the inventory system.
