1. N-Pulse - The Processor for our processor. (Google I/O event)

We all might have heard about the phrase "Put your thought into words". Here we are now “Presenting the Google's N-pulse"(Neuron pulses) which can actually interpret our very own brainwaves into meaningful texts/patterns. It all started with Sony's Sense ME(2010) and Google glass technology(2014) which irked the tech geeks and scientists to wonder, if human speech, eye movements can be recognized and processed, then why not the Brain. So, what does N-pulse actually do?

First up, it “read our thoughts and Presents them as meaningful texts, then helps to Detect mental pressure and Abnormality in pulses and finally the most exciting of all - Catches our dreams, thus giving us beautiful memories to live with”. Official launch date is October 20th and it would be available across the globe at the same time.

2. IFA 2020 in Berlin, Germany

Sony’s Carpus Band:

3D displays have already taken us into alien worlds in the movies. Then came Holographic displays in mobile and Televisions. Next step of combining both the techs into a small handy form is here - “Sony’s Wrist Phone”. Basic functions of making calls, sharing data and Texting can be projected as holographs. It consists of Flexible OLED touch screen of 5” split by Projector and Camera Modules, which allows you to point and shoot with your wrist. The edges of the display consists of Photo voltaic cells which makes sure your phone never runs out of juice when you are in sunlight. When idle, the display transforms into swirling colors to tell the time.

Remember the SenseMe technology introduced by Sony in early 2010s. It has been enhanced to predict your thinking pattern and suggests you what to do according to your mood. Sony has not only intended this phone for basic people but also suitable for deaf people – vibrates and shows them information in the form of pictures. It is expected to be priced around 440- 500 $ USD.
