The influence of advanced telecommunications systems and information technology on business has been very strong especially over the past few decades. This influence has particularly been significant in all aspects and kinds of business settings, as new electronic media such as electronic mail, voice mail and various forms of teleconferencing, become more widely available the acceptability is becoming more and more universally spreading across the globe.
