TACOPs: 65%- 339th has three TACOPs positions per the MTOE. At the date of inspection, no qualified individuals were in those positions on the UMR. The CBAT training being conducted is not in compliance with the BN SOP. Determination needs to be made that 339th conduct CBAT training from the disk specified in the TACOPs SOP or reevaluate 339th's requirement and include in a company annex. The 339th TACOPs Annex SOP needs to be completed and needs to address non-rated crewmembers. There is no record of the required TACOPs classes having been conducted but they are scheduled for 4th quarter this year.

d. Personnel Recovery: 58%- Managing unit personnel in the personnel recovery management system (PRMS) is a key step to being satisfactory in several questions. At this date, no one has access to all unit personnel and this continues to be an ongoing issue. Documentation was not provided to show if the current PR training being conducted meets all requirements.

e. Supply: 33%- Both property accountability (28%) and unit movement (40%) are graded in this section. The prior supply sergeant retired within the last 2 months and most memos and documents have not been updated with the interim assigned sergeant. Also, records and files were significantly disorganized and several needed documents were not found. These two factors contributed most significantly to the low score for property accountability. Proper documentation of the upcoming change of command inventories, organization of files, and update of memos with current supply sergeant will bring this area to passing.

One SM is currently scheduled for Unit Movement Officer school but another SM needs to be identified and scheduled. A large portion of the required movement plan is in place but there are some memos still needed and an annual alert validation needs to be conducted.

f. Maintenance: 95%- The notable deficiency in this area is in unit publications management. A new unit publications manager needs to...
