An utterly nervous student enters an interview room for summer placement. Interviewer (Alumni) after some questions: “Who won the TNITE this time?”
TNITE is the most sought after event for the fachaas. It is organized every year by the IIMA cult during the first term. This flagship cult comm. event involves participation from all PGP, PGPABM, FPM and PGPX students. More than a platform for showcasing talent, TNITE is a podium for intra sectional bonding where each soul has its unique role to play. It consists of a plethora of events of which dance, skit and music are the main ones. It has a history of breathtaking performances. Tempo shouts are something that reverberates through the campus. The event is flagged off by a PUB RUN. Contestants are asked to run across the LKP and reach the mess. Whoever gets there first, reserves space for his/her class posters. Then from the

next day, the actual competition begins with performances in the mess. It consists of energy sapping dance numbers and tempo shouts. Shouts like “Ossum” and “Kat le” are the order of the day. Then on the following days, the stage is the RJM. These are more of classy type performances. All throughout the event, the participants make humorous and striking posters, and also use creative costumes with matching props. Participants put in lots of efforts, day in and day out. Night-outs are but natural. But who cares as long as one is contributing something towards...
