Abstract

For a pilot, decision making are crucial in emergencies, training and experiences are sometimes decisive in these cases, accidents happen randomly so a pilot must develop a high situational awareness .But why these accidents happen? The accident investigation is crucial to prevent recurrence and usually find that the accident was caused by human error that sometimes cost the life of a pilot and many people. The only way to avoid accidents is a good administration regardless of workplace. Failures during flights often occur and are common, therefore you have to be prepared to react properly using all possible help to survive. For pilots working in the air environment is a risk that all are willing to accept and also to improve safety should be one of the main goals.

A Day for a Deer Hunting

Pilot Denis C. Scifres a Chief Flying Instructor (CFI) living in Boise, Idaho, where he specializes in mountain flying instruction, lover of nature and beautiful landscapes, planned a flight in his Cessna 185 for a day of deer hunting. The journey was not far from its base but required flying over deserts and most spectacular mountains of the United States Of America and in my opinion flew over these mountain scenery represented some risk that he was able to accept.

The issue of flying over beautiful mountains scenery in Middle Fork of the Salmon River, Idaho is that it might be a nice experience but also a potential risk, as the pilot has to take into account the flight conditions are very different than in some other environment. The engine does not generate the required horse power available at sea level compared to when flying at high altitudes as the air becomes less dense and more energy is required to achieve the necessary speed, without any doubt among the potential risks of flying over...
