INTRODUCTION

Workplace Safety is the most vital part that’s helpful in a business in accomplishing anticipated goals and objectives. The management has to set certain standards which are helpful in keeping the business and its rules in a workplace. Businesses are made for the intentions of accomplishing desired goals and objectives. Employees are employed for the intention of satisfying the businesses accountabilities, duties and accomplishing the objectives and goals. The management of the business is accountable for setting certain standards that can meet the employees’ requirements and needs. The employee’s social, emotional and physical needs are assumed to be achieved. This is helpful in encouraging employees so they can increase their productiveness and performance. Not paying attention to the workplace standards affects the performance and is helpful in accomplishing and attaining the desired targets. Employees are the most significant part of every business which is helpful in accomplishing and gaining the desired targets. It’s needed to achieve their social, emotional and physical needs by meeting the workplace standards. Helping and supporting the employees’ wellbeing by centering on their wants and needs can be helpful for the business in accomplishing its goals and purposes.
