Introductory

How important is the communication? Communication is a natural process for humans, and it plays an important role in our society. People are able to socialize and interact with each other through an efficient conversation. Forms of communication have changed according to the need to express feelings and ways of thinking. Nowadays, people communicate through nonverbal cues like gestures and facial expressions. In fact, face-to-face communication is better than other types of communication, such as letters, email or telephone calls because it enables people to clarify arguments with details, are able to support messages with emotions, and express their speech with conviction.

Face-to-face communication is the best way to communicate because people clarify their arguments with details. Sometimes, short messages are not interpreted with the intention that they were expressed; thus, a message needs to be supported with long explanations. Most sellers have claimed that a key success factor is the face-to-face interaction with customers because when they create a stronger relationship, they achieve to sell their products or services. When a person wants to make a stronger connection with the receiver of the message, he has a conversation with long explanations to give more detailed information. In addition, people use examples or hypothetical situations to express their ideas. Studies at the University of Maine have shown that the tone, examples or proper word choice call the people’s attention and they influence that communication flows effectively . People expect the message to be sent and received correctly within a conversation to which use examples or represent some recreations to express the main idea of the message. Finally, a feedback is created in the conversation as soon as the message is told. For example, in criminal inspection, police can know whether or not are telling the truth through the way suspects answer questions. The...
