Executive Summary

The Opportunity

There is currently no bar in Gainesville, Florida that focus solely on affordable, unique shots. Currently, there are bars that provide cheap beer and mixed drinks to the public, but none that offer cheap shots and an experience to go along with it. The opportunity is now, because there are realistically two bars (Rowdy’s and Fat Daddy’s) at midtown that are consistently packed. People go to these establishments for the cheap drinks, the environment, and the frozen drinks. Over the course of my 4 years in Gainesville, I have seen many bars go in and out style. These two bars are on their downturn because of the continuous lines and routine experience. By creating a new bar, with a unique business model, it will attract the patrons that are looking for something new and exciting. Are prices will also be unbeatable for the quality of the product.

The Concept

Our concept is to bring affordable, high quality shots to the public while creating an experience that is unmatched. You will walk into our bar and immediately see that you are not only paying for delicious, but also for the show that goes into making them. It will be a new experience for customers that goes above and beyond what a normal bar is. Shots will be the Benihana of the bar industry....
