It is becoming very difficult to correlate and aggregate data related business issues across the organisation within

Vodacom. Emerging error and integrity challenges are putting pressure on data quality.

The current systems and processes have failed to address and manage the data effectively. This report will discuss

the overview of the Vodacom Business Intelligence Competency Centre (BICC) and the data quality and

governance framework challenge.
