1. In what way does planning control the future?

Planning controls the future because it lets you know you next move. When you plan ahead it makes the day go by smoothly instead of last minute trying to make a plan. It more likely for a plan to go through if it’s created ahead of time. It gives you time to think every possibility out.

2. How can you use the information in this chapter to help you achieve your career and personal goals?

The way you can use the info in this chapter to help you achieve your goal is by setting a plan for yourself. What I’m saying is that if you want that career whatever it is you have to plan for it. Planning out things to help you achieve that career will make everything way more easier for you.

3. Some business owners make a statement such as “we’re too busy to bother with strategy. We have to take care of the present.” what might be wrong with their reasoning?

The thing that is wrong with their reasoning is that they don’t notice that a strategy for their company could help the present and the future. If they have a certain way they run their business then they can stick to that strategy to get through any situation.

The purpose of the IBM for apple would be the software. They create the IOS software for apple. It gives you the ability to download apps and create folders. Also most of the things you do on apple have to do with the software.\

5. How realistic is Microsoft’s mission (or vision)? “To enable people and businesses throughout the world to realize their full potential.”

Though accessibility, Their vision is to make Microsoft easy to use for all generations. They are also trying make their computers and hardware easy for people with impairments. Accessibility is what makes a computer useful.
