A database management system (DBMS) is system software for creating and managing databases. The DBMS provides users and programmers with a systematic way to create, retrieve, update and manage data.

The Central Student Council Equipment Reservation System (CSCERS) is a database manager program that can help the officers/members of Central Student Council (CSC) who is responsible in terms of managing data, records, and transactions such as Business Managers and other CSC Officers. It aims to provide an efficient and convenient way of reserving equipment for all the individuals involved.

Generally, this system will be developed using Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 to make the several modules in the system more structured and systematic. Visual Basic.Net (VB.NET) language will be used to develop the system interface and connect the interface with the database that will store recorded data.
