of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing. To be healthy, you must feel good all

round.

• Fitness- Fitness is not only being able to

run fast, do sit-ups or lift the most amount of

weights. Fitness is the ability to meet the daily

demands of your environment. If you are able

to carry out activities and tasks without
