Algebra DIY: Create your own polynomial equation and graph.

Algebra 1 MP4 Project: Due Tuesday 5/10 (You have a 1 day grace period to hand in your project. Afterwards you will lose 20 points for each late day (-20 points/day). 

Directions:

* Write your ID at the top.

* You will create polynomial equations based on the digits of your ID. Show the work for how you came up with your problems. (The coefficient of your equation should be integers.)

* Then solve your problems with the indicated method. Note: If any of your ID digits are zero (0), use ten (10) in their place.

* Graph your equations on the given coordinate. Label Axis of symmetry and vertex of the graph.

* Identify the Axis of symmetry, vertex, Max/min, x and y intercepts, domain and range of each of the equations.

* For problem 4 use Desmos to graph. Screens shot the graph, print, and paste your graph.
