1. The benefits of vast movements of food from one nation to another is great because it supplies all nations with food that is not available to them. The only thing that I could think of when importing food to wealthy countries is that it would bring many people food and money in my opinion.

2. Locally produced food doesn't need to travel exceptionally far, so there is less cost required in transport, and less contamination is created from the transportation vehicles. Additionally, on the grounds that it doesn't need to go far, produce is picked when it's ready, not picked early and permitted to age midway when it gets to the store. Truly, you can't get a few foods produced locally. You can get loads of less expensive, fresher, in-season food in the event that you attempt and purchase food developed or raised where you live. I don’t believe there are any drawbacks to buying local. All I do is buy local, it is fresher than getting food that has traveled so far.

3. Yes I can live without the choice of food I chose. I don’t need peaches to live, yes peaches are very good but there is no substitute for peaches.

4. In buying peaches in the future I will always buy local for the simple fact that buying local is a lot healthier than buying international.
