Globalization is the process of becoming more international in scope, influence or application. It brings countries, institutions and people together in an interdependent global economy. Technology, economics and politics are important factors when it comes to globalization (M.E 1990). Globalization has helped in stimulating innovation and the evolution of technology. When talking about globalization it has some benefits and some disadvantages which are being debated from all over the world. As time is going by the more people come up with different theories about globalization. The benefits of globalization includes technology improves as time goes by, people are able to have different perspectives of things, education improves creating more job opportunities and countries start trading between one another. The disadvantages include uneven wealth distribution, loss of culture and age difference.

The developments of countries have created certain benefits to the economy. Some of the benefits include no child labor, no forced labor and better working conditions. A company can face a public relations nightmare when the story of physical abuse, child labor or slave wages come out of the surface. This is a major advantage because people are able to work in an environment where they are comfortable to work. With the help of technology people are able to use their knowledge and base it within their work places. Under paid workers are able to go back to school in order to upgrade their working skills (McCabe 2005, 138-145). Multi-national companies hire people from different places of the world, this is an advantage because the workers are able to learn different cultures. The leadership style for a local company is different from an international company. This is because the local companies already know what is acceptable and not acceptable while an international company has to be careful on how they motivate and make decisions due to different cultures...
