Internal communication strategies is playing a vital role in an organization because an effective internal communication can improve employees’ engagement through; increased job satisfaction and decreased absenteeism. Firstly, different company has different type of culture to build a strong bond with the staff. The way that Runway Company used to build a better bond with the staff is daily communicate with their peers. A great correspondence between a boss and its representatives is basic for building a positive work environment society. It can increase the employee motivation and improve employee morale.

While, Comoddity company build a strong bond with the staff is the employer become a friend with his employees since they started working. There are times when employees dissatisfaction on how things are run within the company. As a friend with employer, they will express their unwillingness to their employer.

Next, the way that Runway Company used to solve conflicts that arise between the staff is the employer will investigate what goes wrong, where is the fault, and why the fault is. So, they will decide on the decision with all parties mutually understand and agree on the decision they made.

Commoddity no conflict

Furthermore, the culture of Runway Company is practice harmonious working among peers and superior. It is important for employee and leader to build harmonious workplaces by strengthening the ties between employees, who are different races and religions.

On the contrary, the Coomoddity’s culture is freedom. The employer will give the authority to their co-worker to make decisions unless there are some big issue comes up, the employer only will step in. In Commoddity Company, the employees are able to do their scheduling.
