Background

Jitterbug Pty Ltd was purchased at the beginning of 2008 by Shane Long, the only shareholder of the company. Shane would undertake a major upgrade to increase the profitability. In order to complete improvements, Shane would like to borrow $600,000 from Fitzory Bank.
