The two culture selections that I chose include the Mexican Culture and the Asian Culture. Both of these cultures are rich in encompassing attractiveness to everyone when learning from its background. The subject that I am about to discuss related to these two cultures is their cultural information regarding health. Each of these cultures has health information views differences surprisingly to others.

The Mexican culture presently known is a culture of beauty within its places, food, and more. Although it is characterized for being from indigenous heritage, today its roots have modernized in almost all aspects. However, tradition is still set aside to understand the culture in depth.

The Mexican culture language spoken by most of the population is “Spanish” that is the official language of Mexico. Its language roots come from the Spanish language spoken in Spain. Indeed, the culture posseses with more than 62 indigenous languages. Symbols that reinforce national culture too are the religion matter. Mexican culture are devotes of their most important icon, “Virgen de Guadalupe.” The virgin of Guadalupe is the mother of all Mexicans.

To all Mexican population there is also richness in its culinary culture. These consist with a variety of dishes and most common products. These are hot peppers (chiles), corn, and beans. From this three products their most delicious dishes are prepared. For example, from corn they make the traditional plate “Tamales,” steamed dough with stuffing, yet the most commonly known is the “tortilla.”

The Mexican culture life is extensively different and has diverse in culture surrounding it. However, a huge difference and glimpse at its culture is the health compared to others. To most of its citizens health is provided, yet the difference is that it may be scarce to receive medical help in countryside area. In some places its health facilities are well equipped.
