Planning a Survey

This paper will address our research question and a survey that will help answer the primary research question. Questions can be better answered by asking more questions.

Research Question

Is there a correlation between home sales and the number of bedrooms?

This survey is designed for both ends of the Real Estate Market, people selling homes or looking for homes. The survey is a short survey with nine closed questions and one open question to determine what is important in the eyes of those looking to purchase homes or sell them. Knowing what factors are important can determine I the important factor make a significant change in the price of a home. Trying to figure out whether or not there is a correlation between home bedroom size and price may be answered if we determine if bedroom size is a key factor for families looking for homes and agents tying to sell homes.
