Fredick The Great is a great leader over the past two hundred years ago. He was born on 24th January 1712. Fredick is a son of Fredick William I which is the king of the Prussia at that time. Since he still child, Fredick has been trained since child because of he came from a military personnel family. Fredick learned much leadership from his father and thus make him became a very good commander of war. Fredick has involved in many wars during his time of leadership, in 1740 Fredick has secure the throne of Prussia, and most of his early reign deal with expanding Prussia’s borders. He try to offered Austria a protection in return they cede Silesia to Prussia but Austria has denied the offer. Fredick has not satisfied with the denied and he has used his army to attacked Silesia in the Silesian War, 1741 and he managed to expand his power to Silesia and Austria. In 1756 until 1763 Fredick and his armed forces has faced a seven years war and during that time Fredick has shown a good characteristic of leadership and makes him win all the wars. Fredick The Great was a phenomenon, after he has gone he left Prussia as a major power in Europe.

Fredick The Great have become a good leader not just because he camed from a military personnel, but he had developed his own leadership characteristic such as genius, charismatic leader, good in communication, enthusiastic behavior, his skills, and understanding towards his armed.

Fredick The Great was a genius leader, before he get into the battle fields he will firstly think like enemy. He will started to think what the enemy will do if he used a certain strategy and he always identify his armed strength and weakness also the enemy’s, because of his genius, he managed to unfair war which he managed to won a war between a larger group of arms.
