A stakeholder is any person who can affect or be affected by the actions of the company. Smith Systems Consulting has clients who range from both small and medium sized business organizations. They also have customers who are large domestic, multinational, and even global corporations that vary from different kinds of industries. Smith System Consulting also supply a number of none profit and government organizations. Key stakeholders for Smith Systems Consulting consist of a wide range of people. Investors, Creditors, and suppliers are key stakeholders. Employees and directors of this organization are also stakeholders. The customers, business, and government agencies are part of the key stakeholders. Competitors are stakeholders because they are directly affected by Smith System Consulting. Government regulators are stakeholders in companies. Even the community is a stakeholder of this company.
