Timetables for Semester 1 Mid-semester examinations held on Saturdays:

The examination timetables for mid-semester examinations in Semester 1 2012 are now available. The timetables are displayed on myUQ (https://student.my.uq.edu.au/) and mySI-net (https://www.sinet.uq.edu.au/psp/ps/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/h/?tab=UQ_GENERAL) in the "Important Info" box.

If you cannot attend your examination due to medical or compassionate reasons, or due to exceptional circumstances, you may apply for a deferred examination in accordance with University Policy 3.10.02, (see https://ppl.app.uq.edu.au/content/3.10.02-assessment ). Deferred examination application forms are available at http://www.uq.edu.au/myadvisor/forms/exams/SpecAppForm.pdf The deadline for applying for a deferred examination is 5 calendar days from the scheduled date of the original examination. Applications should be submitted to the Student Centre/s.

Special Arrangements for Examinations:

Students who require special arrangements for end-of-semester examinations on the basis of special need (disability), religious observance or timetable clashes are reminded to advise the Examinations Section. Please refer to the front page of the timetable and to http://www.uq.edu.au/myadvisor/special-arrangements for information and to download the Request for special arrangements for examinations form. Completed forms should be submitted to the Student Centre or emailed to Examinations at examinations@uq.edu.au. Students who do not provide Examinations Section with sufficient notice of requirements may need to sit examinations under standard conditions. Students requesting special arrangements on the basis of disability who have not previously registered with Student Services must contact a disability/learning adviser (Ph: (07) 3365 1704) as soon as possible. Recommendations must be finalised by Student Services so that the Examinations Section is authorised to make the special arrangements requested.
