Public Relations can be define as a "set of management, supervisory, and technical functions that foster an organization's ability to strategically listen to, appreciate, and response to those persons whose mutually beneficial relationship with the organization are necessary if it is to achieve its mission and values" (Health, 2005). In other words, Public Relations are the channel to be in contact with the customer and the best organization take this opportunity as a part of their strategy to know better their customers.
