Global organizations with 15 or more employees are required by law to follow and meet all of Title VII requirements when recruiting, hiring new applicants or promoting, transferring, reassigning work assignments, monitoring performance measurements, the work environment, job training, discipline and discharge, wages and benefits, or any other term, condition, or privilege of employment.

Under Title VII, it is unlawful for employers to refuse or fail to recruit job applicants in a way that discriminates against them because of their race, color, religion, sex national origin, age, disability or genetic information. When hiring employees with religious belief, employers are required to make reasonable accommodates for employees or prospective as long the accommodations does not impose an undue hardship for the business.

Furthermore, Title VII prohibits not only intentional discrimination, but also recommend employers to take precautions by adopting the best practices to reduce the likelihood of discrimination against individuals because of their race, color, national origin, religion, or sex.

Explain a summarized version of the HR discrimination laws involved and how they impact the hiring procedure/process
