EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

During the winter months, athletes from the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania have to drive more than an hour if they want to find high-quality indoor facilities where they could play their favorite sports. Why waste that time when we could offer what they’re craving right in their own back yard? The DomeHome will be a premier athletics facility near Easton, Pennsylvania suitable for multiple sports. No matter what the weather is outside, a top of the line facility with high quality turf fields will give the feeling of being outdoors on a perfect Spring day.

The sports dome will consist of multiple turf fields that could be used for soccer, baseball, lacrosse, field hockey, and flag football. The facility will include a full-service gym for individuals looking for a workout outside of organized sport, as well as full-service locker rooms, food and beverage areas, and a childcare center.

Company Objective

The objective is to provide the best experience for teams and individuals of all age groups. With the on-going health awareness trend that has hit this country, we will be able to target anybody looking to better themselves and also have a good time. The objective is to bring in business as follows:

Leagues and tournaments will be offered for athletes interested in soccer, baseball, lacrosse, field hockey, and flag football. People may sign up as a team or as an individual looking to join a team.

Fields will be rented to people for an allotted time. This could be used by teams to hold their own training sessions or individuals that put their own games or training workouts together.

Specialized training sessions will be offered by our qualified staff members for teams or individuals looking for an elite workout.

Our top of the line gym will attract individuals that prefer a different type of workout.
